Canceled this year’s bourbon raffle even though you have several dozens of VERY allocated bottles.
Clearly a money grab and if I were inquire into the laser code your $$$$ bottles they are previous year. As you clearly sell to bars, private business owners, or “gifts” to right off taxes.
Selection here is top notch! Husband was able to find vintages for Cabernets going back to 2010 - and at really good prices! Also good choices on flavored moonshine, regional wines and bourbons.
Nice selection of Bourbons, although they did not have the brand I was looking for. When I asked if they could get it, the lady said, you can write it down with your number, but I can't promise anyone will see it
Some guy was standing outside and started yelling at me that they were closed. He wasn’t even near the store. Very rude and unprofessional. I go to this place every time I go up north to visit my family. I will never go here again, due to the confrontational disrespectful attitude I received from one of the lowlife staff. I spent the $1300 I usually spend there for Christmas down the street and they will never receive another cent from me or anyone in my family.
The young guy working there was helpful and friendly. Some good bourbons and even offer tastings at times for true bourbon fans.

If I could write at zero stars, I would for employee and customer relations… I went in buy Oskar Blues TenFidy priced at $16.99 both on the shelf and in the cooler, as I did so exactly a week ago with a different employee, and the barcode apparently rings up differently as a different product at $19.99, but what customer reads barcodes??? And then this dude doubles down on stupid and tried to tell me that the barcode was for a different product! So again customers don’t read barcodes they read the price tags and both the price tag and the product name were clearly written on the tag, but he still refused and stuck with the old bait and switch.
A previous employee agreed that the price was $16.99 even if the barcode ring up differently…
So the customer is always wrong apparently at this particular location, buyer, beware, which is the shame because they have a pretty decent selection of craft beer . but if you’re not gonna sell it at the advertise price and try to rip them off for 3 dollars more, well go ahead can’t say you’re gonna have a very good customer base for playing little games with your customers! I’m not wasting my money with childish employees playing bait and switch games.
